Located in Gading Serpong, a vast growing new town in western Jakarta, the project tries to accommodate significant demand for office space  in the region. Due to continous development in the residential, commercial, and hospitality, the growth of business and corporate sector follows.

The exterior concept was to infuse dynamic profile for the building in the area. This concept is translated using obligued floor plates with various angles.

Since the front side of the building is facing East and West, due to specific shape of the site, there was specific treatment needed. Thin perforated plates perpendicularly installed to the facade to reduce direct sunlight into the interiors, whilst keeping an adequate light comfort.

The ground floor and basement are dedicated for parking, due to limited site area. There is a direct staircase access from parking area and from the pedestrian to Lobby at 2nd floor. The 2nd-9th floor is for office space. From the 8 storeys for office space available, the top 4 storeys are used by the owning company including a terrace at the 6th floor, while the others are open for lease. There is also a mini auditorium at the 8th-9th floor.
